My name is Lauren Combs, and I am an experienced communications specialist passionate about fighting algorithms, conducting research and creating compelling and concise content. I am highly skilled in digital media content creation, strategy development, website management, AP Style, Microsoft Suite and Adobe Suite.


My goal is to seize every opportunity possible to grow as a professional woman in the communications field. I've gained communications experience through multiple internships and my professional career.


I graduated with my undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in 2016, and I recently received my master's in December of 2018. My research interest is political communication. My thesis focused on discovering if watching political satire drives people to participate in political elections. ​

One of my favorite activities is playing with my pup, Vader. I love reading, running, traveling and visiting museums.
